SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All our jewelry is made to order. Orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks depending upon available pearls and required labor for each purchased item.

Unless otherwise indicated, all domestic orders will arrive within 1-3 days of shipment.

International orders ship USPS Priority Mail and are expected to arrive 6-10 business days of the date of shipment.

FAFALOHA is happy to offer you free shipping to the US.

Custom and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. FAFALOHA is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Repair Policy

FAFALOHA gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order’s arrival. Returned merchandise must include FAFALOHA’s packaging and must be in the same condition as when it was received.

All custom and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. FAFALOHA does not pay for returns to be shipped back to Maui.
